What can you expect?

Stage One - Initial Contact: Fill Out Client Initial Contact Work Sheet

Successful Web Design Project Phases. This form will help begin the Design Phase by setting basic requirements and parameters for your site. We do not give cost estimates on any project unless this document is completed. Any prices quoted based on this document will be an average cost based on aggregate costs from prior work we have done. These fees are not binding. Your final cost will be reflected in the negotiated contract you sign with us.

Stage Two - Contract Meeting: Clarifying Goals, Expectations, Costs and Schedules

At this meeting we will present relevant design, technical and marketing strategies. You can expect to see up to five design ideas, appropriate to your site and your expressed parameters. Documents given to you at this meeting will help you to track the project of your site design as well as organize and collect your content. We also expect you to sign a contract and a non-disclosure agreement, as well as deliver any initial fees, usually (1/3) one third of the total quoted cost.

Stage Three - Rough Outs: - Refining Design and Content.

At this meeting we will be resenting refined roughs that were presented in previous meetings. You will need to present us with any content that is needed to complete the design. You will also be expected to deliver the second payment ,again usually one third (1/3) of the quoted cost.

Stage Four-Site Launch: Final Approvals

You will be shown the final site design. You will also need to have ready all content that was specified for the site. This will be your last opportunity to make any minor changes to the site design before the site goes live. The live site will be launched one week after this meeting. A payment of one sixth of the negotiate cost of will be made at this meeting.

Stage Five - Live Site: The User Experience.

Your website is now live. Most sites are given a 15 Business Day grace period. During this time, the site owners are strongly encouraged to use the site. Look for broken links, misaligned objects and misplace graphics. Though design and layout elements will not be altered, these technical glitches will be fixed at out cost to you.

During this fifteen day period a final invoice, the remaining 1/6 of the contracted fees will be mailed. Final payment must be made before the site's files, graphics and passwords will be released.

Stage Six - Maintenance Period: Agreement Enforced.

If you have entered into a Maintenance and Update Contract with us, we will perform these tasks on a regular basis:

Check your site for broken links (monthly)
Check your site statistics and make recommendations (monthly as needed)
Add email accounts (when requested)
Help you communicate with your ISP (as needed)
Add text and graphics where as outlined in the Agreement

*PLEASE NOTE: Some services will require additional fees either paid to us or to outside parties. We will do our very best to first notify you of these costs before any work is commence. However, depending on the situation, you maybe billed for additional hours or services with out notice.
