Legal Notices and Terms of Service Fees and Services A La Cart
The fees and prices listed in the Services A La Cart are subject to change with out notice. These fees and price ranges do not and were not intended to form any kind of legal, binding agreement upon you, our clients, service providers or Genesis One and One Studios. Additionally, these fees may not represent the full range of fees that any individual service may require.

Project Scheduling
Projects are scheduled on a first come first served basis. At the beginning of each project you will be given a Schedule Of Work. the Schedule of Work will contain a project break down, indicating miles stones and deadlines for completion or receipt of required content. It is your duty to ensure that you meet these deadlines if you are required to deliver content or materials. Deadlines that are not met by the client will result in delay of the project. Deadlines that are compromised by technology failures or failures out of the control of the client or we the developers will be given special considerations. When we are at fault we will not intentionally delay your project but will work over time to ensure the next deadline is met on time, while completing all work from the previous time line.

Payments
Projects payments are made in increments of 3 payments over the stated timeline of the project. Payment for certain projects maybe required to be made in full before we will begin working on it. Other payment schedules maybe negotiated to help facilitate your budget needs. Please read your Contract or Service Agreement for your particular project. Payments maybe made through Paypal, Cash, Cheque or Money Order.

Unforeseen charges and fees.
From time to time it maybe necessary to purchase materials such as fonts, photographs or software to complete your project on time or on budget. These unforeseen charges will be billed to you the client with a 4% markup. We will do everything possible to find the best price and to notify you in advance to the cost and any alternative solutions available to you.

Termination and Refunds.
Projects maybe terminated by either the client or by Genesis One and One Studios. You must provide us a written request for termination and cessation of work in order to be binding. Work will continue until this letter is received. An email is not acceptable.

Upon termination, certain aspect of the project will be turned over to you. Please read your Contract or Service Agreement to see what will be returned to you.

Some fees are non refundable. Your Contract or Service Agreement will indicate which fees are or are not refundable. If you are due a refund, you will receive your monies via Paypal or Check within 30 (thirty) days.
